I just wanted to tell you that our vacation at your Watersong Villa was fabulous. The house was beautiful and just as you described it. The house is so spacious we never felt crowded or on top of one another even with 12 of us (3 families) in the house at the same time. There were plenty of places for us to spend time together as well as quiet spots for us to take time apart. I couldn’t believe that each bedroom and gathering space had its own TV. As beautiful as the house was the outdoor space was our favorite. The patio retained some shaded space all day long to allow us to sit and enjoy the outdoors on the comfortable furniture while the children swam in the pool. The bathroom with access from the pool came in very handy as well. While outdoors we had the pleasure of viewing the Florida Sandhill Cranes each day. These birds were beautiful to watch. Our vacation was planned around a trip to Disney and being only 10-12 miles from the parks (20 or so minutes drive away) this house was perfect. Our children couldn’t wait to get back to the house to swim or play in the game room, we all looked forward to the days we spent relaxing at the house. Thank you! Beth"

I was a little unsure if I would like staying in a house rather than a hotel. I have to admit I enjoy room/maid service very much. By the end of my vacation I had decided never to stay in another Florida hotel! I loved the cleanliness and neatness of the subdivision. The home looked just like the picture when we pulled into the driveway. When I opened the front door any reservations I had were immediately put to rest. The house was beautiful, emaculate, and spacious. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, once we unpacked it was like being at home (but so much better)! The game room was well equipped and even had a mounted flatscreen tv (so did every bedroom and the livingroom and family room)! I love the weather in Florida and like to be outside. The lanai and pool/spa area were incredible. The summer kitchen was perfect for an avid barbequer like my husband. There was more than enough lawn furniture for eating, lounging, and even sleeping. No need to run in the house to use the facilities, one is provided on the lanai! Although the weather was very nice, during the early mornings and the evenings it did get a little chilly. No worries, the pool/spa heat are set at the perfect temperature. The view was stunning and the the wildlife made it serene and relaxing. The fist 3 days of our stay our family members from Orlando came out to visit us. They were surprised by how quickly and easily they got to the house. Also they were impressed by the amount of nearby restaurants and retail outlets near Watersong. That weekend we had 4 parents, 1 grandmother, 2 toddlers, and 2 teenagers in the house and all had a great time! We had plently of room to move around, enough tv's to watch what each person wanted, and the ability to all dine together. Equally inportant when everyone was gone and we spent the last 7 days alone because the house is so inviting it didn't seem to large for just 2 people. It made for the perfect romantic getaway. Marc was great right from the start of the booking process. He would always get back to me in a timely fashion regarding any questions I had. All of my family was impressed with the home. I have since recommended this house to friends and co-workers."

What a wonderful place. The villa was immaculate, the resort first class and the location perfect. This was our 8th villa holiday in Florida and I can honestly say I've never stayed in a more beautiful and well-equipped home than this. We WILL be back next year. Thanks Marc for all your help."

Thank you for a great stay. Your house is beautiful – spacious, clean, and loaded with amenities. It was a great place to come back and unwind to after long days at the theme parks. The location was convenient to Disney, about a 15 minute ride. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the adults loved the outdoor kitchen and lanai. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando."

sorry its taken so long to post a comment we had a superb time one of our best holidays ever.its easy to find excellant facillitys you couldnt ask for better we spent 3 weeks here in april and may pool area was great kids loved it plus many hours locked in games room we expected to be worn out we was but we could never get enough of this villa ...marc was brilliant to deal with nothing was to much trouble book this villa and you will have the time of your lives any question we are willing to answer thanks again marc superb...."

I just wanted to say how wonderful it was to spend quality time with my family down in Orlando. The house was absolutely wonderful. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. The pool and the BBQ were a major plus!!! We enjoyed everything!!! The drive to Disney World was about 15 minutes. Marc was great person to book with and full of knowledge."

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful spacious home. The location was ideal. We enjoyed the many parks, however, returning home was so much fun especially for the grandchildren who enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. For eleven people this home was ideal. "

Fantastic stay, we had a ball. We were a family of six adults and all of us were blown away by the villa. Location was great, villa was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and every want and need has been catered for. Many thanks to you and Tracy for making the booking procedure so easy for us. I dont think we will stay in a hotel again in Orlando and will certainly recommend the villa to family and friends, but not too many as we want to be assured of being able to stay again and again. "

We had a wonderful time at your amazing Florida home , this is the 3rd time we have rented homes in Orlando, last trip we had a larger home and it was closer to the parks but yours was by far the best. It was close enough to the parks but far enought away if you know what i mean ,when we came back from the parks it was like returning home, the 10 place dining table made for wonderful family dinners ,with our busy lives at home it was great to spend time together like a real family.The view from the pool was just what we wanted ,we saw lots of wild life in the lake the ducks came by one night for a stroll . The outdoor kitchen with the high end barbecue made in more fun to stay home and eat rather than spending money and time in the noisy restaurants.I could go on and on, I would recomend your home to anyone from just adults to families with kids Thanks again Mark, we definitely will be booking next year.RANDY ROUTCLIFFE ONTARIO CANADA"

The Villa is an ideal base for a family holiday in Florida, all the parks are between 10 & 20 minutes away and it is an easy drive to the Gulf coast and other locations such as Busch Gardens & Kennedy Space Center. We took 3 kids between 2 & 8 years in age who loved the pool and games room nearly as much as us adults. The furnishing and specification is the best I have seen especially the large plasma televisions in both the lounges. All in all, an excellent villa in a quiet and secure development. We will definitely be returning soon! "
